Today the boys brought over the cards they made to apologize to our neighbor, Granny, for damaging her Christmas decorations. Apparently they, along with another little neighbor boy, were caught using her lighted candy canes as swords. We have since had discussions about treating other people's property with respect and not going in our neighbor's yards uninvited. I hope they learned their lesson, however, when Chris and I asked them again what they were going to say when they gave Granny their cards, Isaac replied... "Thank you"!
