I thought this was the funniest thing ever... I was cleaning out my wallet and found the card that came with it when you buy it. Why in the world would they have a card to fill out that asks you to provide your ssn#, your bank account#, and your driver's license #? Geesh! Well, at least now when I accidently lose my wallet, it won't cause anyone too much of a hassle to steal my complete identity. Yikes.
